Overview
This page explains what the Captivela site collects from visitors, why, how long it is kept, and how to ask for your data to be deleted. For lead data belonging to clients we manage, see the Data Handling page instead.
Data you enter through the form
The qualification form asks for your name and business name, so we know who we are talking to; a WhatsApp number or email as the reply channel; and qualification answers such as your ad spend range, the channels you use, and your current operating setup.
Qualification answers are used to assess whether we are a fit to help, and to decline quickly if we are not, nothing else.
Form submissions go into our internal spreadsheet and get relayed to our team's WhatsApp so nothing gets buried. No other party receives a copy.
Cookies and traffic measurement
We use Google Analytics to see which pages get read and where visitors come from. What we look at is aggregate patterns, not a profile of any one person.
What gets recorded: pages opened, referral source, device type, and an approximate city-level location. It also records the steps you take on this site: which call-to-action you click, whether you start or leave the qualification form and which question was open last, and the category your answers qualify for. What it does not record: the answers you type. Analytics truncates the IP address before storing it.
What is not there: no retargeting ads that follow you to other sites, no session recording, and no heatmap of your cursor movement.
You can block analytics through your browser settings or a script blocker. This site works fully without it.
What we do not do
We do not ask for patient data, diagnoses, or clinical documents through this form.
We do not ask for card numbers, bank accounts, or any account credentials.
We do not buy contact lists, and we do not add you to a purchased contact list.
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
How long we keep it, and your rights
Form submissions are stored for 12 months and then deleted, unless you become a client. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' default retention period, 14 months. You can ask for faster deletion any time.
You have the right to request a copy of your data, request a correction, or request deletion. Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27 of 2022), we act on that request within 30 days and confirm it in writing.
Deleting or correcting your data
Send a request through the form with a note that it is a deletion request, or reply to your last WhatsApp conversation with us. No reason needed, and we will not hold it up with an offer.
