About

Captivela is built on the habit of recording things, not the habit of promising them.

We are a Marketing Operations Partner. We connect ad spend, conversations, and revenue in one system you can check yourself.

Why Captivela exists.

Most businesses that run ads are not actually short on leads. What they are short on is a way to make sure every lead gets handled consistently, then a way to prove which ad spend actually turned into money coming in.

The gap between the two gets filled by operational work that does not look interesting: logging where a lead came from, keeping the pipeline clean, making sure follow-up keeps running during busy hours, and connecting a transaction back to the campaign that produced it. This work rarely gets sold because it does not present well.

We chose to sell the boring part, because that is where the money goes missing most often.

So what we hand over is not billable hours and not a pile of creative output. What we hand over is a running system, complete with a trail you can check, and it stays yours if the engagement ends.

Four rules we hold ourselves to.

These rules decide what is allowed to run automatically and what is not. We will explain the risk first if you ever want to change one.

Automation always leaves a trail
Every action a system takes has a record: what it did, when, and based on what data. Speed without an audit trail is a risk, not efficiency. If something looks off next week, you can read back through the decision instead of guessing.
Decisions with real risk stay with a human
Replies to a prospective buyer, price negotiation, complaint handling, and budget allocation never run automatically without your sign-off. Automation gets switched on one job type at a time, after you have seen the result yourself in read-only mode.
The system stays yours, not ours
Data can be exported any time, in a format other systems can read. There is no data lock-in and no penalty for leaving. We want you to stay because the system is useful, not because leaving is too much trouble.
Every number we use has to trace back to something
We would rather hand you one number you can stand behind than ten charts that merely look convincing. If your data is not enough yet to support a conclusion, we say so instead of filling the gap with a platform estimate.

The founder's track record, before Captivela.

Before Captivela, our founder, Bryan Perdana, ran marketing operations for a clinic group with 6 branches, then built his own systems with the help of AI. The numbers below are that track record, not a Captivela client result.

$5.6k+

monthly ad spend managed

Meta and Google, with campaign structure split by branch.

4,600+

WhatsApp conversations per month

This volume is what forced a follow-up system to get built, instead of patched.

2,100+

new patients per month

Logged with its campaign source, not a dashboard estimate.

6

branches running on one system

Including resolving attribution overlap between branches.

We write the context every time this number shows up. Passing off old experience as a new client result is the fastest way to lose trust we have not even earned yet.

Who actually does the work.

System design, ad operations, follow-up setup, and reporting are handled directly by our founder. You are talking to the person doing the work, not to a layer of account management. For design work, we bring in Hyacintha Devina W., our creative partner based in Semarang, with more than 8 years of experience as a graphic designer.

Where we actually stand right now.

Everything below is normally the kind of thing you only find out after you are already interested. We chose to put it up front instead.

Legal status

Captivela currently operates as a sole proprietorship. We are in the process of becoming a registered legal entity. We are writing it here so you do not have to find it out yourself in the middle of a contract negotiation.

Capacity

There are only 5 active client slots, and 3 are still open right now. This is not a marketing tactic. Every client gets a system designed for their own situation, and that has a real capacity limit.

Captivela clients

One. We do not name them, per our engagement agreement. The numbers on this site are still the founder’s track record from before Captivela, not that client’s result. We will not blur that distinction.

If the way we work sounds reasonable, let's look at your situation.

Filling it out takes about 3 minutes. No surprise phone calls.
